What happens when three top chefs meet casually for food and fun? Michael Bonacini, Massimo Capra, and Jason Parsons have been getting together regularly over the years, on television and off, talking about the traditions that shaped their cooking, their early days as cooks, what they have been up to since they last met up, and what’s next. They come from three distinct corners of the world. Michael grew up as part of an Italian family in Wales, Massimo first tied on an apron in his mother’s kitchen in Cremona, and Jason got his first job in a roadhouse in Southwestern Ontario. All three have since established their reputations as imaginative and masterly cooks. What brings them together is food. What keeps them together is friendship and a shared sense of adventure.
